Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX contains an insecure direct object reference vulnerability in RadAsyncUpload that can result in file uploads in a limited location and/or remote code execution. CISA added CVE-2017-11357 to its Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog on Jan 26, 2023, which means attackers are exploiting it in the wild. CISA reports known use in ransomware campaigns.
