Roblox data breach: 52K accounts exposed

In August 2016, Roblox disclosed a data breach that affected over 50k users. The security incident impacted email and IP addresses, usernames, purchases and Robux balances which were left exposed on a test server. Exposed data: account balances, email addresses, ip addresses, purchases, usernames. The breach dates from Jul 31, 2016; Have I Been Pwned loaded it on Jul 23, 2023.
What to do
- If you had a Roblox account, change its password and the password of any other account that reused it.
- Turn on multi-factor authentication wherever it is offered.
