Ivanti Pulse Connect Secure Arbitrary File Read Vulnerability (CVE-2019-11510)

Ivanti Pulse Connect Secure contains an arbitrary file read vulnerability that allows an unauthenticated remote attacker with network access via HTTPS to send a specially crafted URI. CISA added CVE-2019-11510 to its Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog on Nov 3, 2021, which means attackers are exploiting it in the wild. CISA reports known use in ransomware campaigns.
