Hacking Team data breach: 32K accounts exposed

In July 2015, the Italian security firm Hacking Team suffered a major data breach that resulted in over 400GB of their data being posted online via a torrent. The data searchable on "Have I Been Pwned?" is from 189GB worth of PST mail folders in the dump. The contents of the PST files is searchable on Wikileaks. Exposed data: email addresses, email messages. The breach dates from Jul 6, 2015; Have I Been Pwned loaded it on Jul 12, 2015.
What to do
- If you had a Hacking Team account, change its password and the password of any other account that reused it.
- Turn on multi-factor authentication wherever it is offered.
- Check whether your addresses are in this breach at https://haveibeenpwned.com.
